I'd give this 5 stars but for the fact it's a little too thick and is a little warm. Otherwise, it's great cushioning and support. I can't get through the night without a neck ache if I don't use it. Reasonable price and prompt delivery.

I cant recommend buying this pillow. I found it too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and woke up with a sore neck. It also gets pretty warm and makes my head sweat.I wouldn't have bought it if i had realized how uncomfortable it would be.

Yes it's harder than traditional pillow and it doesn't let your head "sink" into the foam because there is not enough weight like a whole body. And yes it's a bit high so the edge props up against the shoulder.

BUT - this is exactly what I like about it! My problem with traditional pillow is that I sleep on my back and the pillow edge always sags and forces my chin down which (1) makes my snoring worse cause my airway is often blocked (2) I wake up in the morning with neck pain.

I have been using this pillow for about two weeks and so far I love it because it props up against the shoulder and I don't get a neck pain in the morning and it seems to help with my snoring. At least I feel refreshed in the morning.

The only problem was getting used to it in the begining because it's harder to sleep on and also you can't turn your head as easily.
